As our business grows, we're constantly on the look out for new people to join our team. Below are some of the teams we have and the roles which they entail. We're looking for people who are passionate, forward thinking, keen, self motivated, vibrant and ready to take on the challenges and opportunities that this new business will create

 

Service Team

Vital to the success of our venture is the building of the right service team. You will be the smiling face serving canapes, taking orders at tables, serving meals, clearing tables and ensuring the guests have everything they require. We'll be taking on up to 15 people in this role and we will require you for between 1 and 4 days a week. We're looking for people with the right attitude for this role, so previous experience isn't necessary. Hours will vary but will generally be between 6 and 8 hours a day.

Bar Team

Another key role within the business will be the bar team. You will be the professional person who has a knowledge of the drinks you are serving and be a bright, driven person who can work well in pressured situations. Positions available are Assistant Bar Manager & Bar team. We'll be taking on a team of 8 people in this role and all candidates must be 18 years or over. Previous bar experience is preferred but not essential. All training will be given. Hours will vary but will generally be between 6 and 8 hours a day and 1 - 4 days a week.

Front of House Team

Whilst client liaison will be carried out by the venue manager and owners on the event day, we are keen to find the right person/people to fill the Front of House role. Responsible for orchestrating all service elements of the event, this is a critical role in the success of the whole day. Dependant on the applicant, this may be a Trainee position, training over 6 months to become front of house manager, or it may be a Front of House Managers position. Both positions will be full time, 5 days a week and you will work closely with the Venue manager, Bar Manager, service team and Catering team to ensure every aspect is delivered as it should be, both leading up to but also on, the event day. Previous event and service management skills are crucial.
